Who
was gnome Hans?
In daily
life gnome Hans worked at a cemetry, which he has done
for more than 33 years.
To brighten
up his life after his daily work, Hans became a gnome.
He made
toad-stools from old tree trunks and painted them a
bright colour.
These
toad-stools can be found throughout Holland, as well as
gnome Hans, who traveled through the country with his
colourfull gnome house on wheels, to amuse the children
by baking bread rolls, painting small toad-stools,
drawing pictures, and lots more, together with the
children.
